Important BWC Information for Ohio’s Public Employers
BWC’s True-Up Process
Public organizations are required to complete BWC’s new true-up report for the 1/1/2016 rate year by notifying BWC of your actual payroll and paying any additional premiums owed by February 15, 2017.
Failure to complete this true-up report could result in removal from BWC discount programs including traditional group and retrospective group rating.
The quickest and easiest way to true-up is online with a BWC e-account. If you do not have a BWC e-account you can create one by signing on to:
Note: You will need your BWC 8-digit policy number, Federal ID # and contact information. You can only have one e-account per BWC policy number.
